In such Legal Due Diligence, all the documents related to the legal aspect are being examined in order to find resolution and prevention measures on the possibilities for financial losses caused by legal errors which are not visible in the company. Examination of the deed of establishment and articles of association of the company including its amendments. Document to be examined in this stage are as followed:
